Velki-Agents.com publishes only verified and official WhatsApp contact numbers for each listed agent. All deposits, withdrawals, and communications must be completed strictly through these published numbers.

If a transaction is completed using the official WhatsApp number listed on Velki-Agents.com, the platform will take responsibility for investigation, enforcement, and applicable compensation as per this policy.

Any transaction conducted outside the officially published WhatsApp numbers — including alternative numbers, forwarded links, Telegram, or third-party platforms — is not covered under our safety guarantee and remains the sole responsibility of the user.

এজেন্টদের স্বচ্ছতা বজায় রাখতে আমরা প্রতিটি এজেন্টের কাছ থেকে ২ লক্ষ টাকা জামানত গ্রহণ করি। এই বিশাল অংকের জামানত নিশ্চিত করে যে কোনো এজেন্ট আপনার ১ টাকাও আত্মসাৎ করার সাহস পাবে না।

⚖️ অভিযোগ করার নিয়মাবলী (Evidence Requirements)

সঠিক বিচার এবং দ্রুত পুরস্কার নিশ্চিত করতে নিচের তথ্যগুলো সংরক্ষণ করুন:

• লেনদেনের ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এবং সময়।
• এজেন্টের সাথে কথোপকথনের পূর্ণাঙ্গ স্ক্রিনশট।

Velki-Agents.com প্রতিটি এজেন্টের জন্য শুধুমাত্র যাচাইকৃত ও অফিসিয়াল WhatsApp নম্বর প্রকাশ করে। সকল লেনদেন ও যোগাযোগ অবশ্যই এই প্রকাশিত নম্বরের মাধ্যমেই সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

যদি কোনো ইউজার আমাদের সাইটে দেওয়া অফিসিয়াল WhatsApp নম্বর ব্যবহার করে লেনদেন করে, তাহলে এই নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী তদন্ত, ব্যবস্থা ও প্রযোজ্য ক্ষতিপূরণের দায়িত্ব প্ল্যাটফর্ম নেবে।

অফিসিয়াল তালিকাভুক্ত নম্বর ব্যতীত অন্য কোনো নম্বর, লিংক, Telegram অথবা তৃতীয় পক্ষের মাধ্যমে করা লেনদেন আমাদের সেফটি কাভারের আওতাভুক্ত নয় এবং এর সম্পূর্ণ দায় ইউজারের উপর বর্তাবে।
