1 Platform Responsibility
Velki-Agents.com operates as an official verification and monitoring platform for publishing a trusted Velki agent list. We take full responsibility for agent compliance, user safety enforcement, and fraud resolution when transactions are made through listed agents.
2 Master Agent Deposit Policy
Every listed Master Velki Agent must submit a refundable security deposit of BDT 200,000 (2 Lakh). This deposit is held as a safety guarantee to protect users against fraud, misconduct, or financial loss.
3 Fraud & Penalty Enforcement
If any Master Agent is found guilty of:
- User money theft
- Providing fake or unauthorized links
- Abusive or unethical behavior
Their security deposit will be permanently seized, the agent will be removed from the official Velki agent list, and all sub-agents under that Master Agent will be suspended immediately.
✅ User Safety Guarantee
If a user suffers financial loss while transacting with an agent listed on Velki-Agents.com, we take full responsibility to:
- Investigate the incident thoroughly
- Penalize the responsible agent
- Compensate the user from the held deposit where applicable

Velki-Agents.com একটি দায়িত্বশীল ভেরিফিকেশন প্ল্যাটফর্ম। আমাদের তালিকাভুক্ত প্রত্যেক মাস্টার এজেন্ট ২ লক্ষ টাকা জামানত জমা রেখেছে শুধুমাত্র ইউজার সুরক্ষার জন্য।
৫. ইউজার প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ
- ইউজারের টাকা মারা গেলে আমরা সম্পূর্ণভাবে দায়ী থাকবো
- এজেন্টের বিরুদ্ধে তদন্ত ও ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে
- দোষী এজেন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করা হবে
৬. অফিসিয়াল যোগাযোগ নিয়ম
সব লেনদেন অবশ্যই আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া অফিসিয়াল WhatsApp নাম্বার ব্যবহার করে করতে হবে। এর বাইরে লেনদেন করলে তার দায়ভার ইউজারের।
